1. HRD – SMD Staff
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for day to day operations and full HR spectrum that include payroll, recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, industrial relations, environmental and health and safety, administration, reporting, etc
  • Support Corporate HR in Corporate reporting and other corporate governance policies and procedures in achieving the organization’s  goals and objectives
  • Prepare and provide the relevant reports  for management and corporate
Requirements:
  • Possess a Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Well versed in local labor laws and legislations, HR policies and procedures
  • Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution skills and able to work under  pressure
  • Fluent oral and written skills in English

2. Telemarketer – Customer Service Officer
Job description:
  • Develop new customer.
  • Business presentation to customer.
  • Performing cold calls, sales negotiation and telemarketing activities Telesales skills.
  • Confident and adaptable personality with excellent customer services.
  • Marketing their products and services by phone , make a schedule and follow-up visits to the customer.
  • Briefed the product to the customer.
  • Create sales reports (daily).
  • Create a report for the customer who has been in contact and follow-up.
  • Make a report to call in and call out ( daily ).
  • Responsible for customer service.
  • Handling and order of customer.
  • Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis; operating telephone equipment, and other telecommunications technologies.
  • Influences customers to buy or retain product or service by  following a prepared script to give product reference information.
  • Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs.
  • Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
  • Keeps equipment operational by following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures; notifying team leader of needed repairs.
  • Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
  • Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
  • Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a SMU, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Business. Studies/Administration/Management, Others, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): marketing, sales, Product And Business Development, MS Office.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.

3. B2B Account ExecutiveThe Role:
  • Meeting and exceeding objectives, achieving maximum profitability on sales by selling new vehicles.
  • Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process so all customer expectations are met if not exceeded.
  • Naturally building a rapport with customers to identify and anticipate needs, and proactively promoting suitable vehicle features and benefits.
  • Processing all required paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Developing and maintaining a working knowledge of the motor industry, new models and recent improvements/ news.
What you’ll need:
  • Warm and engaging personality with strong negotiating and closing skills
  • Previous sales experience gained from within the motor industry is essential
  • Enthusiasm to exceed monthly sales objectives
  • Friendly and professional manner
  • Smart personal appearance
  • Team-player
  • A full and valid Indonesia Driving Licence

4. Branch Manager – Kisaran
Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business plan and strategy in line with achieving the branch contribution to profitability and growth
  • Lead and manage the sales force in achieving the desired sales targets
  • Establish business contacts and manage relationships for expansion of business opportunities
  • Be responsible for overall customer satisfaction, service quality and branch operational efficiency
  • Motivate branch staff and impart skills and knowledge in service, sales and operations to elevate levels of performance
Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a recognized Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Minimum 5 years’ of working experience in sales and operations in the Automotive industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Excellent planning, organization and time management skills with strong follow through abilities
  • Good team player, is self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills to drive sales
  • Strong leadership abilities, aggressive, and results-oriented

5. Branch Cashier – Admin
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/ Management, Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Secretarial, Others or equivalent.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Knowledge in Accounting (Accounts Payable and Receivable) or Credit and Collection or Audit
  • Computer Literate
  • Detail Oriented, Organized and Analytical
